Sophia Cottage which dates from the early 19th century is situated in a quiet terrace - a few minutes’ walk from the city centre but set well back from the road by a long garden.
The cottage is a family friendly house; well behaved dogs are also very welcome with plenty of nearby dog walks.
Accommodation comprises two double bedrooms in the main house and a single ensuite bathroom/ bedroom in a small self-contained annexe at the rear of the property.
